CNC roll grinding machine trial completed by Prime Machine Tools for Egypt client with high precision, heavy-duty capacity, and advanced grinding technology.

We recently had the privilege of hosting our valued customer from Egypt for the primary job trial and inspection of their CNC Roll Grinding Machine — and I’m glad to share that the trial was successfully completed.

This machine is built for heavy-duty, high-precision applications:

Max Grinding Diameter: 1600 mm

Max Job Weight Capacity: 30 Tons

Equipped with advanced technology including Siemens Sinumerik ONE , the machine supports flat grinding, concave & convex profile grinding, wheel dressing, multi-step grinding programs, and a custom-developed user-friendly interface.
